Over the last 7 years, I have navigated the fitness world through personal experiences (successes and shortcomings). What started as a necessity for stress management quickly became a passion. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned in tandem with my Biology degree and Personal Training certifications to help others achieve their goals in a streamlined process. 

The hardest part is getting started and navigating the best steps to take. I want to shorten the learning curve for newcomers and help elevate workouts for more experienced gym goers.
