Example - Strength Chest Day Workout

Here’s a Quick Example

Notice that the Chest Press has 3-6 reps. This is a representation of the max strength set and would be utilized if you aren’t looking to build a certain area on a major compound movement. I like to utilize max strength sets for Squats, Deadlifts, and Chest Press while using hypertrophy sets for the rest of the workouts. The body won’t bulk as long as the caloric intake is not in a large surplus.
