With over 7 years of experience in the fitness world, I've navigated through numerous personal successes and shortcomings. What began as a necessity for stress management has evolved into a deep passion. I’m thrilled to share my knowledge, combining my Biology degree and Personal Training certifications, to help others achieve their fitness goals efficiently.

Personal Life

My husband, Carter, and I have a Ridgeback/Bullmastiff mix named Rhea and two Ragdoll mixes, Sox and Tux. We recently moved back to our home state of Texas and are excited to lay down roots after living in Hawaii and Arizona. In our free time, we enjoy playing video games, cooking, and working out together.
